Sculptor Jon Hair cuts the Ribbon at the Unveiling of the nations first Women Veterans Memorial. Jon spent 18 months sculpting the eight life size bronze statues of veterans from the Revolutionary War, Civil War, World Wars I & II, the Korean War, the Viet Nam War, and finally the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The skill and bravery of all these women is an inspiration to girls and women everywhere. Jon considered it an honor to sculpt these great American Heroes.
