JAZZ GREAT is the theme of this sculpture.

Jon beat out more than 40 sculptors from the United States, Europe and South America to win this Clifford Brown Sculpture Commission from the city of Wilmington, Delaware. Brown was a native of Wilmington, a legendary jazz trumpet player whose life was cut short in a tragic accident.

Clifford performed with jazz celebs such as Dizzy Gillespie, Fats Navarro, and Charlie Parker.
