Along with sculptures of television icons like Jack Benny, Lucille Ball, and Johnny Carson, you’ll soon find a new water feature that will include 40 individual base relief portraits to honor past Hall of Fame Inductees.
Jon will be sculpting portraits of television journalist Charles Kuralt as well as Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry. The project will include several invited sculptors and is expected to be finished sometime in 2010.
Jon’s sculpture of CNN founder, Ted Turner, has been installed there since 2005. A second casting of the portrait bust was installed at Walt Disney World in 2006.
