Jon has created a unique contemporary sculpture consisting of two massive steel discs, which seem to be pulling each other from the very earth itself, emerging into the above-ground space.

This is not an abstract sculpture, based on the dissection and re-assemblage of an actual subject. Nor is it symbolic in a metaphoric sense, representing a conceptual idea. Simply stated, it is “pure design.”
